“You know the key to my life: I can work only when spurred on by great hopes for things uppermost in my mind. I am very stubborn and very reckless and need great challenges. I have done a number of things which any sensible person would be bound to consider very rash... but this must continue to be my way of life: risking a lot, hoping a lot, working a lot. To average bourgeoisie common sense I was lost long ago." – Sigmund Freud to his wife, Martha

"For me enjoying the journey is equally important as reaching the destination/goal"

Do what you like doing and then doing whatever it takes to get there, to your goal, is something Rachna has sketched the pattern for herself. Nothing stops her from what she has visualized. It takes perseverance. Patience and constant focus on one particular goal to get somewhere is something that is her biggest and most admirable strength. Unfortunately this is something one can’t learn or acquire, it’s something you are gifted with; but very few identify it and envision it to use it in the right direction.

Sometimes, a lost battle may seem a step forward towards the victory, but again you need to have an eye for that. Rachna may have stumbled upon such battles but it’s the big battle she is preparing herself for. Her thorough understanding of professional environment in relation to her own thinking process is so well balanced and clear, and that’s what helps her move forward. She admires people and not judges them; she inspires people not influences them; she surprises people not amuses them. A very simple individual with very clean and focused ambitions to contribute to this society for good is her aim.

“I always look forward to associating with people of integrity, reason and intellect, who are passionate about realizing their cause/dreams and making a positive impact on the ecosystem around.”
